Evidence-Based Therapy for Real Life
Jesse Finkelstein, PsyD
Personalized treatment to help you navigate life’s challenges and build lasting change.
How I Work
At Life Lab, therapy is practical and personal. I combine effective strategies with a flexible, collaborative process designed to fit your needs.
1. Philosophy
Everyone comes to therapy with their own history, strengths, and struggles. At Life Lab, therapy is flexible and research-based, drawing from a range of evidence-based treatments. We collaborate to shape the process around your goals.
2. Process
We begin with a clear assessment of what’s going on and what you want to change. Together, we build a plan, apply interventions, and check in regularly to track progress and adjust as needed.
3. Approach
Depending on your goals, we may draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, PE, or Mindfulness Self-Compassion. These methods combine concrete skills with deeper self-understanding, helping you create meaningful and lasting change.
